Ethics:
All services are for therapeutic purposes only. Please do not contact Soul Source if you are seeking any kind of illegal, sexual, or erotic services.
Cancellation:
We require 24 hours’ notice for weekday cancellations and 48 hours’ notice for weekend and evening cancellations. If we do not receive the required amount of notice, you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled massage. We understand that sometimes the unforeseen happens, and emergency cancellations are at the discretion of Soul Source. There will be no penalties for cancelling due to illness, but please let us know as soon as you think you might cancel for this reason.
Scheduling:
Massage is by appointment only. Please note that we are unable to take new clients at this time. We hope this changes soon!
Payment:
We accept cash, personal checks made out to Soul Source Massage Therapy, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected. Please note that they are not included in the price of the treatment.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse to perform massage on anyone whom the Massage Therapist deems to have a condition for which massage is contraindicated.
For Pregnant Clients:
It is the policy of Soul Source Massage Therapy to schedule prenatal massages for clients in their second and third trimesters only. Please do not schedule if you are in your first trimester as we will be unable to accommodate you. For questions on this policy, please contact Susan at 610-203-6329.
